Help!! Does anyone recognise this book, know the title or author?

Ok a few years back my nan read this book, and her friend now wants to read it. Can you help? The main character was a bloke called Guy, and the story ended up with him getting married to a girl called Lily, who was a chef. (Think they may have been related in some way). Anyway after the wedding there is a car crash and she dies ( I know this sounds like a depressing book, but it is a great story). After a while he moves on, and sleeps with a friend, who i think is called Cassie. Fast forward 9 months and Cassie has his baby. It turns out that she is scared and thought she was physically damaged, because she was once raped, and the story ends with Guy, Cassie and the baby starting a new life together. Anyone recognise this? Real answers only please. Thanks. :)
