ANNIE. Rescue German Shepherd mix. Three years old. She has epilepsy and is on several different medications to try to control her seizures.

MAGGIE. Rescue English Mastiff. Two years old. A puppymill dog who was bought from a petshop on a whim and abused. Scared to death of the world, except for me.

FRANK. Rescue English Mastiff. Six years old. Previous owners made him live in a garage for several years. Barely fed him. He was 130 pounds when brought into rescue (needs to be about 200+ pounds). Both knees blew out and he couldn%26#039;t walk. Had TPLO surgery on both knees. Has severe arthritis and has a very hard time walking.

FROSTY: Silver Persian cat. My father gave him to my daughter for Christmas when she was 11. Frosty is now 15. Frosty has hyperthyroidism (treated with meds) and arthritis. We call him papa cat because he loves ALL animals. He loves to groom them and cuddle with them. He even caught a field mouse and didn%26#039;t even hurt it. He just held it.
