Harry Potter? Don't open if you haven't completed the Deathly Hallows Book!!?

What was your favourite part?

I liked the bit where Harry went into Snapes pensieve and saw all the stuff about Lily and the truth about his future.

The 19 years on bit is excellent too...Albus Severus...cute!

It%26#039;s not a %26quot;this or that%26quot; question. The question is %26quot;What was your favourite part?%26quot;

Harry Potter? Don%26#039;t open if you haven%26#039;t completed the Deathly Hallows Book!!?
The final chapter.. not the 19 yrs later one... but the final chapter that starts with Narcissa Malfoy checking to see if Harry is still alive and ends with him destroying Voldemort and speaking to Dumbledore in the painting. I think I read that chapter 5 times already!! :-D makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside..
Reply:My favorite moment was when Snape was dying and said %26quot;Look.... at.... me....%26quot; to Harry. He wanted the last thing he saw on Earth to be the eyes of the woman he loved for almost his entire life. It was such a sad moment!
Reply:yes, i just adored the pensieve chapter, it was so sweet how lily called her sister tuney, and just so sweet how snape changed his evil ways for his love, i luv the flashback of his past, although snape was only obssessed for lily, that%26#039;s the only reason he helped harry..........
Reply:Molly VS Bellatrix! That%26#039;s a classic moment, Molly totally kicked her butt!!
Reply:i think that the part where harry was walking to his supposed death to meet voldemort was the best. i think it is the only book that made me start to cry. She built up this character that we had really grown attached too. and on the walk he was discussing memories and all of his dead friends and family came back. i just thot it was the most emotional moment in all the books. Cause all tho we feel sad for fred mad-eye, and dumbledor and everyone else. We are not connected to them like Harry.

My other favorite part was finding out that snape was good. she really tied all the ends together in the pensive.

I hated the 19 years later. It gave no information other than who they married. I think she could have done that soo much better or just left it off alltogether so that we could imagine.
Reply:There were so many great parts, many of which have been mentioned already.

Two things that haven%26#039;t been mentioned were: the Kings Crossings chapter between Harry and Dumbledore. I always loved their conversations in other books, and was so glad to get another one in book 7!

The second is small, but really helped explain a lot of things for me: when Harry tells Ron, %26quot;I love her like a sister.%26quot; I oftern thought that Harry and Hermione would have been a better match, and I know a lot of other people did, too, but this line of Harry%26#039;s makes it clear that Harry loves her as the sister he never had. Which is really important because what Harry wanted more than anything was a family. And like so many of us, he made his own family out of his dearest friends.
Reply:I liked a lot of parts, but my favorite part was umm when Harry went back to Hogwarts and into the Room of Requirement and he sees all the people. Lol
Reply:I have too many favorite parts! I have to agree with Obi_San that the death of Snape is extremely touching, as is the Epilogue. I can%26#039;t wait to see THIS movie!
Reply:Obi_San has got it right. my other favorite parts were the pensieve and when Professor Sprout, Neville and some other students were throwing Mandrakes over the walls (lmao!!!).

If I was to remember any page number of any of the books it would be page 620 in Deathly Hallows
Reply:Oh I just loved it when Voldemort destroyed himself. It was great, the conversation they had (Voldemort, Harry) was great and just the reaction of the people was great too. I loved the book =)
Reply:I was very happy that Harry survived, Voldemort was destroyed, and Harry had a family - sad about all the deaths - note that all of his Dad%26#039;s old friends are now dead?
Reply:That was my favorite part too. When Snape told Harry to look at him.
Reply:Mighty Molly, coming to the rescue against Bella

Also, the way that Trelawny finally saw something in her crystal balls .... Death Eater targets
Reply:i would have to agree with obi_san. that part is absolutely sweet!!! when he asked harry to look at him so that he could see the eyes that resembled the one he loved the most- lilly. when u think about it, its so soul crushing. its odd though, how harry%26#039;s dad the bad dude and is in griffindor and snape the so called bad dude BUT ISNT, is in slytherin. makes no sense
Reply:I thought the whole book was BLOODY BRILLIANT. The epilogue put a shinning spot finish to the end of the series. My favorite part of the entire book was the last moments of Snape%26#039;s life when he shed those tears. My heart lept and broke at the very same moment. Snape%26#039;s memories were so informing AND touching. Poor Snape he loved Lily so much and I think even though he despised James Potter his love for Lily only helped strengthen Lily%26#039;s protective charm. The Prince%26#039; s tale was my favorite chapter. I do have to say though the part where Mrs Weasly calls Bellatrix a Bitc... was the greatest! Go MOM!
Reply:I loved it when Mrs. Weasley yelled at Bellatrix and she killed her. That was just amazing. And I also thought another good part was in the beginning when George was lying unconscious on the kitchen table and they all thought he died and then he made the joke about being %26quot;holey%26quot;. I also really liked the part you said too. I felt really bad for poor old Severus after I realized what a rough life he had.
Reply:The battle at Hogwarts was amazingly written.. I loved how it incorporated the trio%26#039;s knowledge of the castle and all of the old characters from the earlier books.

♥ Clare.
Reply:i have so many...
