How do u know if a guy likes u ?! I 've got adivice to tell him i like him but i alredy told him i did so now

okay i like this guy but i have no idea if he likes me were friends for 2 years now but we always like tot alk to each other sometimes but i know he likes my bestfriend lily! but everyone always says or asks if were togther or not? becuse were always kind of togther? i%26#039;ve asked him out but he said he didn%26#039;t know what to say. but then me %26amp; my friend ane called him to get the answer and i was qiuet so she could ask him what his answer was but he only said that he if i would kiss him on yhe lip first thenhe would kiss me back maybe.the coversation was really confusing. we like to hangout togther and we like to share food and pop and we share the same intrest kind of. so how do i know that he likes me thats the question i want to know? he always flirt or ask so silly to the other girls it s confusing som much with him!!!!!!!!!so now what do i do !!!!!!!! :(

im a guy, this is wat i guy wud do, he%26#039;d go to his friends and gossip, his friends wud stare at u, then he wud ask u out, then u%26#039;ll see his friends makin fun of u, then he wud protect u, and then u go on another date, and if all of that happens in the same exact order, then he likes u, but if he gossips after ur 1st date, then thats a bad sign, guys keep their times w/ girls to themselves if it wus good. but seems like ur friends, just like in the same situation im in, if he says he doesnt know wat to say w/ a smile, a then run away , NOTHING ELSE, JUST THAT, then he definetly likes u
