As far as I know all lillies are poisonous to cats so please either give it to another household without cats or make sure there is absolutely no way she can get to it!
Lillies are listed as one of the 10 most poisonous plants on the ASPCA site (www.aspca.org)
As for the dog and cat getting along, kittens will generally get along with other animals, you just need to supervised until she is older and you are sure that your dog will not hurt her.
Reply:Please don%26#039;t have lilies in your home, they are extremely poisonous to cats and can be a potential cause of kidney (renal) failure in cats. The entire plant, leaves, stamen, pollen etc. are all poisonous. Symptoms of poisoning can occur within two hours and include vomiting, depression and lack of appetite. No matter how little of the plant has been eaten, or even if your cat has just washed pollen off it%26#039;s coat, veterinary advice should be sought immediately as time is of the essence. (In the UK about two years ago, a siamese cat died within hours off washing pollen off her coat, even though her owners rushed her straight to the vet.)

Your cat will be fine with her new canine sibling; just keep doing as you%26#039;re doing, and definitely keep a close eye on her while she%26#039;s around the dog; she%26#039;ll soon learn what those claws are for, and so will the dog, if he crosses the line, but still, watch that she doesn%26#039;t damage the dog%26#039;s eye, on those occasions she %26quot;slaps%26quot; him. and then, at some point, they could be like my Bassett hound and black cat; B.D. just saunters by Millie as if to say, %26quot;you don%26#039;t scare me, dog,%26quot; They actually play quite well.
