There are Tiger Lilies every where. I dig up as many of them a year I can, but they just keep populating. I do not like the flower and where they are located I want to put mulch down. I can%26#039;t do that because they will come through the mulch and I don%26#039;t want to waste the money. I have talked to so many people and everyone tells me to just keep digging them up, and they are hard to get rid of, I know this. But there has to be someone out there who knows how I can get rid of them, keep in mind the people who owned the house before me planted them around my entire house, yuk!
Tiger Lilies everywhere, billions of bulbs?
Try using Roundup and see if that will kill them off. Personally I like the way they look. good luck
Reply:why not incorporate them into your garden plans? mulch around them and plant nice plants to compliment each other..what are you going for a mulched back yard? theres suppose to be plants in a mulch bed yu know?
besides they naturalize very easily and you will be fighting them forever cause you will never get every bulb out
Reply:Dig the bulbs up and sell them on ebay, that way you would make money instead of spend it!! I buy flowers and bulbs off of ebay all of the time. There is a good demand there. I would buy some for sure!
Reply:lucky you... I should have that problem
