I NEED HELP!!! PLEASE ANSWER!!!!!!!!! i'm in need for answers,and fast!?

Hi,i'm 12 years old and i think i'm fat. ok,so i am 5' 0" and i weight 123 pounds. i look fat,but i want to know what u think,please tell me how i can lose 30 pounds in bout 3 or 2 months! it will help a lot!!! please!!!! i'm in need for answers! tell me if i should lose this much weight, or even more?????? how much shpuld i excersize and eat??? PLEASE HELP!!!I'D LOVE U FOR IT!!!!

honestly, yes i think it's overweight. i'm 5'0'' and i'm only 93 pounds and i have some extra fat on me. my tummy and thighs. you should try cardio. running everyday for 30 minutes. it helps your heart rate get higher and helps you burn fat all over your body. i'm doing that :) go on a diet. eat the right foods. drink lots of water. and by the way! DON'T go anorexic. because after you go anorexic, and when you start eating again, you'll gain even more weight!
Reply:If you are not feeling happy with your body and you think your lifestyle could be healthier maybe it is time for a change. But don't stress your body is still growing. Keep active, go for walks after school with your friends, eat a healthier breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don't stress!

I think you're at a fine weight, but if you really want to lose weight, it would be okay, but it might take a little longer than 2-3 months.





Exercise, since your 12 [which 12 year olds are still growing, and need to eat a lot to grow] just walk more, or even take up some running, or light weight lifting. Crunches and sit ups are good too.





Eat healthy, but in moderation. Junk food is okay SOMETIMES, but not everytime you eat a meal. Just eat sensible, and you'll start to loose weight, healthy.





Also cut out the soda, it's horrible for you anyway. Drink plenty of water. 8 glasses are recommanded a day.
